Photos and QR links

When you create a photo strip, the image may be uploaded to this website's hosting server to provide a private QR download link. The download link is intended for the specific photo, but anyone who obtains the link or QR code may be able to access that photo until it expires. Please do not share private QR links publicly.

Photos are set to expire after the configured retention period, normally 12 hours. At expiry, the download is blocked and the file is moved to a restricted Deleted folder. A scheduled cleanup may permanently remove quarantined files later. Backups or technical logs, if enabled by the hosting provider, may follow separate retention periods.

Camera and device

Your browser asks for camera permission before capture. Camera access is controlled by your device and browser. If you create and save a strip to the server, the completed image is transmitted to the site to provide the QR download feature.

Cookies, logs and security

The website and its hosting provider may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security logs to operate and protect the service. The admin area uses a session for authentication.

Advertising

If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize ads as allowed by your settings and applicable law. Advertising only appears when configured and available. For information about Google's data practices and controls, review Google's advertising and privacy information.
